About Chris: Resumé Chris Loker has a
Bachelor of Business Science from UCT, is a FILPA, and has a Diploma in
Financial Markets & Instruments, as well as CFA 1. Previously
Investec's Head of Retail Bank (Europe) and COO of Internet bank 20Twenty, he
now consults to financial services companies on planning (including using
technology as an enabler), general business strategy, marketing and customer
experience. He has recently also devised a stress-management programme using a
blend of ancient and modern techniques to deliver tools with immediate and
long-term benefits. He has extensive experience in Internet banking,
retail treasury, cards, online broking, call centres and investment products.
Chris is the founder of Moksha Yoga Enterprises, practising yoga
