Welcome Previously Investec's Head of Retail
Bank (Europe) and COO of Internet bank 20Twenty, Chris Loker now consults to
financial services companies on planning (including using technology as an
enabler), general business strategy, marketing and customer experience. He has
recently also devised a stress-management programme using a blend of ancient
and modern techniques to deliver tools with immediate and long-term
benefits.

you might think that it's very egotistical to have one's own website and you
might well be right. Personally, as a great believer in the value and
application of the Internet, my only regret is not having one up sooner. Apart
from being an interesting intellectual exercise, not too expensive and a bit of
fun, I hope to use this space to share, communicate and, yes, market myself and
some of the ideas that I have been working on."
